Rules for using Nodequor managed node services.

These terms describe the service scope, customer responsibilities, operational boundaries, and payment expectations for users ordering infrastructure through Nodequor.

Service scope

Nodequor provides managed node setup, activation support, dashboard tracking, and support workflows for selected projects.
Service scope may vary by campaign, project requirements, and operational complexity.
Nodequor does not guarantee airdrops, token allocations, rewards, whitelist access, or ecosystem incentives.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for submitting accurate wallet, payment, and node-related information.
You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment details.
You remain responsible for your own wallets, exchange accounts, and tax or regulatory obligations.

Operational limits

Campaign conditions, project requirements, and network rules can change without notice.
Nodequor may decline, delay, or cancel requests that cannot be fulfilled safely or operationally.
Delivery timelines may depend on project readiness, payment confirmation, credential quality, and infrastructure constraints.

Payments and access

Orders are processed after checkout submission and the relevant payment review path.
Dashboard access, node records, and support history are tied to the member account used for the order.
Nodequor may suspend access for abuse, chargeback risk, impersonation, or misuse of the platform.
