Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for Nodequor orders.

Refund availability depends on whether work has started, whether payment was validated, and whether infrastructure work has already been delivered or completed.

Before provisioning begins

  • If an order cannot be processed and provisioning has not started, Nodequor may review the case for a refund or order cancellation.
  • Incorrect submissions, unsupported payment paths, or failed operational review may result in cancellation rather than activation.

After provisioning starts

  • Once setup work, environment preparation, or operator time has been committed, refunds may be denied or reduced.
  • Project-specific work and campaign-aligned setup effort are treated as consumed service labor once started.

Completed delivery

  • Orders that have been approved, provisioned, and delivered as active nodes are generally not refundable.
  • Changes in campaign performance, reward outcomes, token conditions, or airdrop results do not create refund eligibility.

Exceptions

  • If Nodequor determines that delivery was impossible or materially not performed, a discretionary review may be made.
  • All refund decisions are case-specific and may depend on the project, order stage, and evidence available in the account record.
